Overheard conversation between two women at a pet rescue event on Larchmont Boulevard Sunday, June 1st: "I think Jesus would've owned like a pitbull, you know to show that they're really, you know, misunderstood." Then the second woman added, "The bible doesn't say anything about dogs or cats. That's why I don't believe it's some sacred text."
